Job summary

Sabre BTS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HR Coordinator to be the front line of the People Experience (PX) team in the US. You will contact employees and managers, assist with onboarding, offboarding, leave, and HR systems, and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and IT to ensure accurate data and smooth processes.

You will help shape and test new HR processes as BTS transitions to a new HR system, guided by established templates and checks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or related role.
• Hands-on HRIS experience entering, updating, auditing, and reporting on employee records (e.g., Rippling).
• Clear, professional writing and discreet handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees questions, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
• Triage and elevate sensitive or complex matters to the People Experience Business Partner.
• Maintain and improve self-service resources, FAQs, and templates.
• Involvement in onboarding and offboarding processes and manage logistics with IT, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Coordinate leave paperwork and verifications with employees, managers, and carriers.
• Monitor leave and PTO data for accuracy and compliance and maintain the LOA dashboard.
• Support employment compliance, regulatory requirements, and required reporting.
• Contribute to policy development and documentation, including drafting, updating, and publishing policies and procedures.
