Carter's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and drive sales through engaging with families and promoting our baby apparel lines.

The role requires strong leadership, availability including weekends, and a commitment to inclusive, safe store environments. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities within Carter's family of brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards and omnichannel experience while coaching others to success.
• Analyze the business and drive KPIs with the team.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and development of store team.
• Plan, track, and report completion of tasks and financial results.
• Plan and execute merchandising standards, promotions, markdowns, and product placement.
• Reduce loss through customer service, education, and operational controls.
