Job summary

New Horizon Family Health Services in Greenville, SC, seeks a Training Coordinator to manage staff training records, organize HR documents, and support HR projects under the HR Director. The role collaborates with department heads to plan training that boosts technical skills and staff engagement.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, maintaining training records, facilitating employee development initiatives, and communicating with management and staff about training needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in HR or related field is required or preferred.
• BA degree in HR, Education, or Business is preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in healthcare, higher education, or staff development settings are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of staff training and enrichment programs.
• Organize and secure virtual documents and records related to daily operations.
• Support delivery of HR projects and services.
• Assist department heads to plan and document training to improve skills and experience.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to management and staff on training initiatives.
• Coordinate externships and student onboarding programs.

Education

Associate’s degree, or formal education in Human Resources or related field

BA degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or related field preferred
