Job summary

High Country Community Health is seeking a Training and Benefits Specialist to coordinate employee training, benefits, and PTO administration. You will manage the learning management system, support onboarding, and ensure timely training completion for FTCA compliance and audits.

You will collaborate with HR, QA/RM, IT, Finance, vendors, and managers to maintain accurate records and provide timely service within approved procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in HR, benefits, training coordination, or related role preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, LMS, and benefit platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training calendar and manage LMS administration.
• Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Support new-hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Prepare routine training and benefits reports for audits and compliance.
