Job summary

Event Source in Cleveland is seeking a People & Culture Recruiter/Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment for non-leadership roles across all five brands, coordinate onboarding and team member operations, and support compliance and culture initiatives.

The role also handles onboarding paperwork, benefits enrollment, ADP duties, and payroll adjustments while ensuring a positive, compliant employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, People & Culture, Human Resources or a related function preferred.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS or recruiting platforms; ADP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements or experience with a regulated workforce is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-leadership positions across all five brands; source, screen, interview, hire and onboard.
• Coordinate offer letters, background checks, MVRs, drug screenings and other pre-employment steps.
• Own onboarding process and support benefits enrollment, system setup and routine questions.
• Assist with day-to-day ADP functions including hiring, terminations, PTO updates and payroll adjustments.
• Maintain compliant, audit-ready team member records and documentation.
