Job summary

MissionWired is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across our digital and direct mail agency teams, delivering all aspects of the employee experience. You will partner with the People team to drive performance management, talent development and employee engagement, coaching managers, and shaping career path frameworks.

This role reports to the Senior HRBP and supports DEIB initiatives while building data-driven people programs in a fully remote, nationwide

Qualifications

• Proven record supporting managers with complex people issues.
• Strong data-informed decision making.

• Able to balance strategic and tactical work.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees to enable people-centric decisions.
• Deliver excellence in People programs: performance, development, learning, engagement.
• Coach managers on developing their teams and handling employee relations.
• Develop career path frameworks and manage lifecycle changes from onboarding to exits.
• Support diversity and inclusion, manager enablement, and organizational design initiatives.
• Pull data and maintain standard People/DEIB reports.
• Assist with records creation and performance management tools.
