Job summary

MissionWired is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across the organization. You will drive People initiatives, develop talent, and partner with the Senior HRBP to ensure effective culture, engagement, and performance management.

You will influence across levels, analyze workforce data, and help create career paths while maintaining policies and a strong inclusive environment. This role emphasizes hybrid collaboration and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting managers through complex people situations.
• Strong data-informed decision-making.
• Experience partnering across levels to provide support.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years in Human Resources focusing on People Operations and/or culture & engagement.
• Knowledge of HR policy and regulations; certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees to enable people-centric decisions while maintaining consistency across the organization.
• Work with the People team to deliver excellence in People programs, including performance management, talent development, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Coach managers on developing their teams, navigating employee relations issues, and applying MissionWired practices and policies.
• Develop career path frameworks and support lifecycle changes from onboarding to exits.
• Support diversity and inclusion, manager enablement and organizational design initiatives.
• Regularly pull data and update standard People and DEIB reports.
• Assist with records creation and maintenance, and with performance management software.
