Job summary

MissionWired is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across MissionWired and BWF Zuri. You will be a core member of the People team, delivering the employee experience across teams.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, delivering excellence in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs, and advising on employee relations while applying company practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–7 years of experience in HR, including People Operations.
• Proven track record supporting managers in complex people situations across all levels.
• Experience delivering programs on performance management, development, and engagement.

Job description

• As HR Business Partner, you will support managers and employees at MissionWired and BWF Zuri in all things people-related.
• You will be an integral part of the People team, seamlessly delivering aspects of the employee experience to various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively support managers and employees to enable people-centric decisions while maintaining consistency.
• Work with the People team to deliver excellence in programs including performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Support the Senior HRBP in coaching managers on employee relations issues and applying company practices.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience, with 5 years in Human Resources focused on People Operations.
• Proven record of effectively supporting managers in complex people situations and experience working with people at all levels.
