Job summary

MissionWired is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across MissionWired and BWF Zuri. You will be a core member of the People team, delivering the employee experience across teams.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, delivering excellence in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs, and advising on employee relations while applying company practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–7 years of experience in HR, including People Operations.
• Proven track record supporting managers in complex people situations across all levels.
• Experience delivering programs on performance management, development, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support managers and employees to enable people-centric decisions while maintaining consistency.
• Collaborate with the People team to deliver excellence in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs.
• Coach managers on employee relations issues and applying company practices.
