Job summary

MCI USA is a global engagement marketing agency seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution. This role focuses on talent management, performance, and development for MCI USA talents, collaborating with leadership, Finance, and Operations to drive retention, growth, and organizational performance.

Remote work is supported as part of a lean P&C structure.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience including 1-2 years in a similar position or proven track record in an HR Generalist capacity with Analytics, HRIS, Talent Relations Support, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary P&C partner to assigned Business Units, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support across all talent matters.
• Own and execute all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, offers, promotions and data changes in HR systems.
• Drive performance processes using SuccessFactors, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs, including role scoping and interview participation.
• Manage talent relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and audit-ready records.
• Lead Salary List governance, headcount tracking, and compensation updates with Finance.
