Forest Highlands Golf Club is seeking an experienced Culture & People Specialist to provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle. This role acts as a resource for employees and management while assisting in the delivery of programs, services, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational support for the Culture & People department’s day-to-day functions.
• Assists with recruitment, onboarding, orientation, employee changes, and separation processes.
• Maintains accurate and confidential employee records and HR information systems.
• Supports employee benefits, payroll-related processes, leave administration, and performance management.
• Coordinates orientations, training sessions, meetings, and employee events.
• Communicates professionally with employees, managers, vendors, and partners.
