Job summary

Ohio Gratings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to influence culture and support both office and manufacturing environments.

You will partner with leaders and associates to navigate complex workplace matters, ensuring decisions reflect business judgment and our values. This onsite role emphasizes fairness, integrity, and confidentiality as it supports multiple states and a faith-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years progressive HR experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Experience supporting both office and manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for workplace matters with empathy and accountability.
• Advise leaders on policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
• Coach managers through performance challenges and investigations.
• Lead investigations, disciplinary discussions, and terminations with professionalism.
• Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Use UKG and Power BI to analyze trends for leadership decisions.
• Protect confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
