Epiq Solutions in Rolling Meadows, IL, is seeking an HR Manager to lead the talent agenda for the site and partner with the leadership team to drive people-focused outcomes that align with business objectives.

You will develop and execute HR strategies covering employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, recruiting, and compliance, while fostering a culture of humility, trust, and transparent communication. The role reports to the Sr. Director of HR.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of HR experience across HR disciplines in engineering or tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience partnering with Centers of Excellence and HR stakeholders.

• Lead talent strategy and HR programs for the Rolling Meadows site.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation and recruiting.
• Ensure HR compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Coach leaders and partners, translate survey feedback into action, drive workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to standardize policies and programs.
