Epiq Solutions in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking an HR Manager to lead the site's talent agenda and partner with leadership to drive people strategies aligned with business goals.

The role oversees employee relations, engagement, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and compliance, while coaching leaders and collaborating with Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs and ensure a culture of integrity and open communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Five to ten years of HR experience, preferably in engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws at federal and state levels, with practical guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR activities including employee relations, engagement, performance, benefits, compensation, labor and regulatory compliance, recruiting, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders and partner with Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs.
• Oversee site recruiting, staffing plans, and candidate experience.
• Support Talent Review, development and succession planning.
• Translate employee engagement survey feedback into meaningful actions and track progress.
• Ensure site HR practices comply with applicable laws.
