Job summary

Epiq Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our US HR team at our Frederick, MD site, with responsibilities at Rolling Meadows, IL. The role focuses on employee relations, onboarding, performance management, recruiting, and day-to-day HR activities in a manufacturing environment.

You will partner with leadership to foster engagement, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate records. A collaborative, confidential approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling employee relations and investigations.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations for Rolling Meadows, IL and Frederick, MD sites.
• Advise supervisors on performance, attendance, employee relations, and policy application.
• Conduct impartial investigations and recommend resolutions.
• Coordinate staffing needs with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Assist payroll and timekeeping reviews and ensure timely approvals.
