Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership or HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on workforce strategy and business transformation.
• Experience leading HR teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders within the Class Action and Restructuring businesses.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent assessment initiatives.
• Drive talent review, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design and implement talent, compensation, performance management, and employee experience programs.
• Support change management efforts during growth, restructuring, acquisitions, and evolving workforce needs.
