Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business; relevant experience considered.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SHPHR preferred but not required.
• Experience supervising managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Must possess or have reliable vehicle and AZ driver's license.
• Pass all required background checks.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, training, and HR compliance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate recruitment administration and new-hire paperwork.
• Oversee onboarding, HRIS setup, benefits info, and training assignments.
• Administer payroll and timekeeping processes and ensure accurate payroll.
• Manage employee benefits enrollment and changes.
• Support employee relations and escalate sensitive issues.
• Coordinate performance management and training records.
• Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and workplace postings.
• Assist with HR investigations and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
• Support AmeriCorps onboarding and documentation, as applicable.
