Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, policies, procedures, and employee records.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire documentation.
• Coordinate benefits, payroll changes, leave administration, and records.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and update handbooks.
• Lead onboarding, training, leadership development, and KPIs.
• Coordinate community outreach initiatives and employee engagement.
• Support performance reviews, recognition, and offboarding.
• Partner with leadership to improve organizational structure and processes.
