Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Lead HR Applications to guide the HR Applications team and optimize HR technology systems across the organization. You will oversee governance, data integrity, and reporting while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to meet business needs.

You will drive system enhancements, analytics, and integration initiatives, enabling scalable, secure, and compliant HR operations. Leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, or related business applications, including reporting, analytics, system enhancements, and integrations.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations, upgrades, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
• Leadership experience through direct or indirect supervision, mentoring, project leadership, or leading cross-functional initiatives preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled technologies, automation tools, workflow solutions, and system integrations preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in HR systems, SQL, Excel, reporting tools, analytics, and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Applications team, overseeing project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Provide oversight for HRIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR and business decisions.
• Champion AI, automation, and integrations to improve efficiency and user experience.
