Qualifications
Currently in pursuit of a 2- or 4-year degree in Human Resources/Capital, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior office or internship experience within HR preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
Responsibilities
Support the onboarding process by helping with E-Verify and I9 Documentation.
Assist in planning and coordinating employee events and initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Answer incoming calls and support reception duties.
Assist with meeting logistics and scheduling.
