Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives
• Plan and coordinate company-wide employee events
• Digitize and maintain personnel records
• Organize and maintain HR filing systems
• Review and improve data accuracy within Paycom
• Assist with employee appreciation and engagement activities across company locations
• Support employee health, safety, and compliance initiatives as needed
• Prepare building permit packets in support of the Development Director
