Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative processing for new hires and departures, background checks, onboarding, exit interviews and termination activities.
• Support time card and payroll processing, resolving issues.
• Maintain HR files for internal use and licensing purposes.
• Conduct Agency orientation Day 1 by guiding on policies and procedures.
• Assist employees with benefits needs; liaise with benefits providers.
• Assist HR team in planning agency social events.
