Job summary

Zoho is seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing RGV operations from our Austin-based HR team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on workplace accommodations, payroll support, employee relations, and day-to-day management of HCM/LMS platforms, with travel across Texas.

Candidates should have at least 5 years HR experience and familiarity with HR tools such as ATS, LMS, and HCM. Strong communication, discretion, and knowledge of HR processes and laws are essential.

Qualifications
