Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and multi-location HR support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day HR resource for Austin and San Antonio employees.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions and coordinate offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire training with cross-functional teams.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready HR records and ensure policy compliance.
