Zoho Corp. in Austin, TX, is seeking a Human Relations Generalist to support our growing RGV operations. The HR Generalist must be highly comfortable with a fast-paced professional environment and manage numerous projects and demands through clear communication, proactive time management, and diligent attention to detail.

*This is a fully in-office position, with no remote or hybrid option.*

Qualificações

• At least 5 years HR experience.
• Familiarity with HR-tools (ATS, LMS, HCM).
• Empathy, absolute discretion, and people skills, including conflict resolution.
• Ability to understand situations from multiple points of view.
• SHRM or PHR preferred; AI knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Workplace accommodations and leaves.
• Front-end payroll.
• Employee relations.
• Oversee day-to-day management of our HCM and LMS platforms.
• Communicate policies, processes, and benefits to employees.
• Assist teams with HR questions and initiatives.
• Identify and execute special projects.
• Travel between Texas offices, mostly in RGV.
