Zoho's next HR Generalist

Our Austin-based HR team is looking for a Human Relations Generalist to support our growing RGV operations. The HR Generalist must be highly comfortable with a fast-paced professional environment and manage numerous projects and demands through clear communication, proactive time management, and diligent attention to detail.

The HR Generalist will:

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 5 years HR experience
  
• Familiarity and comfort with HR-tools (ATS, LMS, HCM)

• Superb written and verbal communication
  
• Knowledge of HR processes and relevant laws
  
• A clear understanding of the role of HR in supporting and balancing the goals of employees, teams, and the organization
