Job summary

Zoho Corp. in Texas is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Austin-based team and RGV operations. The role requires in-depth HR experience, strong communication, and hands-on management of HR systems, policy guidance, and employee relations.

This is a full-time, in-office position with no remote option; travel between Texas offices is expected. Candidate must demonstrate discretion, empathy, and a solid understanding of HR laws and processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years HR experience.
• Familiarity with HR tools (ATS, LMS, HCM).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of HR processes and laws.
• Commitment to diversity and equity, experience with international cultures.
• SHRM or PHR preferred.
• AI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace accommodations and leaves.
• Front-end payroll responsibilities.
• Oversee employee relations and policy communications.
• Oversee day-to-day management of HCM and LMS platforms.
• Assist teams with HR questions and initiatives.
• Identify and execute special HR projects.
• Travel between Texas offices, mostly in the RGV.
