The Home Depot is seeking an HR professional to execute HR plans at the assigned location, interpreting policy and applicable laws. You will work across EEO/AAP, Staffing, Compensation/Benefits, Training, and Employee Relations, contributing to project work as needed.

The role involves handling associate relations investigations, guiding policy, supporting benefits enrollment, analyzing HR data, and assisting with HRIS training and leadership selection. Overnight travel is possible up to 10%.

Formación

• Minimum qualification is a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years of work experience required.
• Experience in responding to unemployment claims and litigation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve associate relations issues and investigations.
• Interpret and apply HR policies and laws.
• Assist with employee benefits enrollment processes.
• Analyze HR reports to identify trends and action plans.
