Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5 years in Human Resources.
• Experience with health benefits plans.
• 1+ year experience with healthcare providers preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Conduct exit interviews and process terminations.
