Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Director to lead our caregiving team’s people operations. You will oversee payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance and a positive work environment for our extended family.

Ideal candidates have an associates degree (bachelors preferred) and prior HRD experience in long-term care, plus solid computer skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor's preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as HR Director in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills relevant to HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
• Coordinate interviews for new staff with the recruitment team.
• Onboard new hires and organize orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
