Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions while ensuring compassionate, patient- and family-centered care within our long-term care environment.

You will oversee payroll processes, recruitment planning, onboarding, performance reviews, and policy updates, collaborating with a team dedicated to quality care and staff development. This role offers full-time stability and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
• Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
• Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
