Complete Care - MidAtlantic in Maryland is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead talent acquisition, payroll oversight, and labor relations for a long-term care organization.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines while developing strategies to recruit, retain, and develop staff, supported by a dedicated team and streamlined HR processes. This is a full-time role in a setting that values compassionate care and robust HR operations.

Qualifications

• Requires HR Director experience in long-term care (LTC/SNF).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of Maryland labor law and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of staff as needed.
• Processing of new hires.
• Payroll oversight.
• Facilitating and mediating all labor related issues.
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
