Qualifications

• Experience as HR Director in long-term care settings is preferred.
• Computer knowledge is required and essential for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
• Coordinate interviews for new staff with the recruitment team.
• Onboard new hires and organize orientations for smooth integration.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews and support staff development.

Human Resources Director Schedule & Benefits
