Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in Belmar, NJ is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead payroll, recruitment and onboarding for our long-term care team. The role requires overseeing policy updates, performance reviews, and collaborating with leadership to strengthen people operations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Previous HR Director experience in long-term care preferred.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
• Coordinate interviews for new staff with the recruitment team.
• Onboard new hires and organize orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Human Resources Director Schedule & Benefits
