Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product knowledge.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards and coaching others to success.
• Analyze the business and drive KPIs with the team.
• Build customer loyalty through programs and partnerships.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development of staff.
• Recognize performance and provide guidance as needed.
• Plan and report on tasks and financial results.
• Support merchandising standards, promotions, and product placement.
• Reduce loss through service and operational controls.
