You will partner with DC leadership to forecast labor, conduct investigations and ensure ADA/PA compliance. Role emphasizes coaching frontline supervisors, analytics on turnover and attendance, and HRIS/system stewardship (Kronos/UKG) to support 24/7 operations and a safe, fair

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of HR experience in a high-volume distribution center or 24/7 environment.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, leave administration and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of PA employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting prompt, well-documented workplace investigations.
• Coaching frontline supervisors and managing performance.
• Ability to analyze attendance, turnover, and labor metrics.
• Clear written and verbal communication across levels.
• Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems (Kronos/UKG).
• HR certifications or related training in compliance/investigations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive high-volume Talent Acquisition & workforce planning with DC leadership.
• Lead investigations into policy violations, safety incidents, and attendance issues.
• Oversee end-to-end LOA process and ADA accommodations with compliance.
• Coach and develop frontline DC leadership to improve performance and policy adherence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and partner with Safety and Operations for safety.
• Leverage HR analytics to identify pain points and drive solutions.
• Serve as HRIS & systems SME for Kronos/UKG for timekeeping and leave.
