Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) seeks a People Services Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support across AWE and affiliated entities, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, compliance, and HR operations in a higher education context.

You will partner with institutional leaders, maintain HRIS data, guide managers on employment law and policies, support workforce planning, and help ensure consistent, confidential treatment of sensitive information while

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent credential preferred.
5–7+ years of HR experience across multiple functional areas, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, compliance, and policy administration.

Mansioni

Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS data entry and documentation.
Support organizational and workforce changes, including promotions, transfers, and reorganizations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Provide guidance to managers on compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
Develop and implement HR policies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
