Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller seeks a People Team Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone for Talent, Organizational Design, Recruiting, People Analytics, and Strategic Workforce Planning. You will translate strategic questions into clear, data-driven insights and support the CHRO’s annual plan with rigorous analysis.

The role collaborates with People leaders to define questions, design analyses, and communicate findings with clear visuals and plain language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytically rigorous field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or research role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, visualizations, data modeling).
• Basic proficiency in AI tools to enable workflows (LLMs, Agents, etc.)
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - experience presenting findings to stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across People functions to understand analytical needs and data requirements.
• Design and conduct analyses using Excel/Power BI addressing workforce questions.
• Support CHRO's strategic planning by compiling and analyzing people data.
• Translate findings into plain-language narratives and visuals.
• Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and preprocessing HRIS data.
• Maintain dashboards and recurrent reports tracking workforce indicators.
