Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or R for analytics.
• SQL experience preferred for data querying.

• Basic understanding of data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate people needs into actionable insights and collaborate across the organization.
• Support the People Analytics roadmap and projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning.
• Wrangle data and perform analyses to enable comprehensive intelligence.
• Learn and apply data analytics tools through hands-on projects and mentorship.
• Communicate findings to technical and leadership audiences.
• Prepare and analyze labor-related financial data such as labor capitalization reports.
