Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a People Analytics/Data Analytics professional to own reporting, dashboards, and data processes within the HR landscape. You will collaborate with People, IT, and Data teams to deliver timely datasets and insights that drive workforce decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in analytics, strong SQL and Snowflake skills, and experience with HR systems and visualization tools. You will leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while upholding data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience, ideally in a People/HR context
• Proficiency with SQL and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
• Experience with data visualization tools (Streamlit, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with People metrics like headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, and engagement
• Experience handling sensitive data with strong attention to privacy
• Ability to define data problems clearly and communicate solutions to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Complete and track ad hoc and regulatory reporting requests with independence
• Pull and build reports in Oracle HCM (OTBI) to support People team requests
• Maintain a log of recurring reports, owners, and cadence
• Analyze People metrics such as attrition and headcount trends
• Update and maintain People Analytics dashboards (Streamlit in Snowflake)
• Develop more advanced dashboards under guidance from the teams
• Use AI tools to speed up queries, document processes, and summarize findings
• Prepare data for advanced analysis and ensure data privacy across datasets
• Share findings clearly with stakeholders and contribute to process improvements
