Job summary

Fanatics Inc. is seeking a People Analytics professional to deliver timely, high-quality reporting and analysis for the People team. You will own recurring and ad hoc reporting, ensuring dashboards are accurate and datasets are clean for deeper analysis.

The role works within the HRIS data environment (Snowflake and OTBI) to catch data issues and drive resolution. You will partner with People, IT, and Data teams, develop dashboards and automations, and ensure data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience in a People/HR context.
• Proficient in SQL and Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with Streamlit, Tableau, Power BI or Sigma for dashboards.
• Familiar with headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, and engagement metrics.
• Experience handling sensitive/confidential data with care.
• Ability to define data problems and derive solutions.
• Clear, concise communicator who can explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Capable of balancing multiple priorities with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete and track ad hoc and state/regulatory reporting requests.
• Pull and build reports in OTBI to support People team requests.
• Maintain a clear log of recurring reports, owners, and delivery cadence.
• Complete analysis for People metrics such as attrition and headcount trends.
• Handle updates and maintenance for People Analytics dashboards (Snowflake/Streamlit).
• Take on more advanced dashboard development under guidance from the People Analytics and DSEA teams.
