Job summary

Qonto is seeking a People Data Analyst to turn HR data into clear insights and better-informed decisions. You will collaborate with the People Systems team, HRBPs, and partners across People and Finance to translate questions into analyses, build dashboards, and ensure data reliability while upholding confidentiality and GDPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Analytics or HR reporting within a tech company or scale-up.
• Hands-on analytics using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to build dashboards and validate data.
• Clear communication to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders and deliver reliable outputs.
• Practical experience using AI in analytics work and ensuring data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Turn People data into actionable insights on turnover, absenteeism, and performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting with consistent metric definitions and access controls.
• Support HRBPs by translating questions into analyses and providing guidance to improve autonomy.
• Contribute to workforce analyses such as headcount planning, compensation reviews, and talent reviews.
• Apply AI to relevant analytical tasks, test efficiencies, and verify results.
