The NBA is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to support HR reporting and analytics. You will administer surveys, generate reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver dashboards that drive business decisions and improve employee experience.

Responsibilities include data integrity checks, collaborating with HRIS and IT for year-end processes, and supporting learning initiatives with workforce data insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3 years in survey administration or HR analytics.
• 2-3 years on an HR team and in an HRIS role.
• Experience with CultureAmp or similar tools.
• Experience producing HR data reports.

Aufgaben

• Administer employee surveys from lists, collaborators, and reminders.
• Build and distribute survey reporting for global groups.
• Partner with stakeholders for dashboard updates.
• Analyze engagement data with L&D to align growth programs.
• Audit dashboard data integrity and security with IT.
• Support year-end HR initiatives with HRIS and IT teams.
