Job summary

MFS is seeking a People Analytics Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, turning workforce data into strategic insights. You will influence decisions around talent acquisition, development, and culture while partnering across HR technology to ensure data accessibility and governance.

You will deliver executive-ready dashboards and reports, lead employee listening programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce trends with talent initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Preferred fields include Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or HR.
• 6+ years in People Analytics or a related analytics function.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R for data analysis and storytelling.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to HR and business leaders on data-driven talent decisions.
• Translate questions into analyses, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
• Deliver executive-ready insights through data storytelling and visuals.
• Lead employee listening initiatives and evaluate feedback themes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on talent initiatives and workforce trends.
• Respond to analytics requests with data-driven insights and reports.
• Ensure data accessibility, reliability, and governance with HR Tech integrations.
