In this role, you will leverage AI-powered tools and HR analytics platforms to develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and drive insight-led decisions.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience with 4 years optional.
• Requires 7 years of prior relevant experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Preferred experience with AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Experience designing dashboards or self-service reporting for business users.
