Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a People Analytics Analyst in Warren, NJ, offering a hybrid work schedule.

You will transform workforce data into actionable insights, partnering with HR, Finance, Compensation and senior stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics, dashboards and predictive insights that improve organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in People Analytics, strong Power BI skills, HRIS/Workday experience, and the ability to communicate data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, business, economics, I/O psychology, HR or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or workforce planning.
• Strong Power BI proficiency and experience with HRIS/Workday preferred.
• Experience building executive dashboards and self-service reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses identifying attrition, talent movement, diversity and productivity trends.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop workforce planning analyses, forecasts and scenario modeling.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards in BI tools.
• Translate findings into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Support executive reporting and ad hoc workforce metrics requests.
• Apply predictive analytics, automation, and AI to improve decision making.
• Ensure data quality, governance and reporting integrity.
• Serve as SME on people analytics methodologies and best practices.
• Promote data literacy through consultation and mentorship.
