Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join the HR team in Warren, NJ, operating under a hybrid schedule.

You will transform workforce data into actionable insights, partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive talent decisions and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include leading analyses on attrition, diversity, and workforce productivity; developing dashboards; and applying predictive analytics and AI to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Experience with analytics and data transformation tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, KNIME, or similar technologies.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, self-service reporting solutions, and workforce planning analyses.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive analytics, trend analysis, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and presenting insights to senior leaders.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, data storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analyses identifying trends, risks, and opportunities related to attrition, talent movement, and key people metrics.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to provide data-driven insights supporting strategic decisions.
• Develop workforce planning analyses, forecasts, and scenario modeling for organizational planning.
• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for senior leadership and support executive reporting.
• Leverage predictive analytics, automation, and AI to improve decision-making and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity of workforce data and dashboards.
• Serve as SME on people analytics methodologies and reporting best practices.
• Promote data literacy through mentoring and training of analysts.
