Job summary

BD in Franklin Lakes, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager of People Analytics, Insights & AI to lead strategic analytics across HR and business units. You will shape workforce insights, build advanced models, dashboards, and scale data-driven decisions with senior leaders.

You’ll partner with HR partners, manage a team, drive adoption of analytics tools, and ensure data governance while delivering actionable, ROI-focused insights that influence talent decisions and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 8+ years in analytics and HR
• 5+ years in people/workforce analytics with large datasets
• Experience leading analytics teams and driving tool adoption
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and SQL; Workday reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with HR and business leaders to frame workforce challenges as analytical problems.
• Lead advanced analytics: predictive modeling, attrition risk, talent pipeline, and organizational effectiveness indicators.
• Deliver KPI reports and data-driven narratives for leadership.
• Collaborate with data engineering/IT to integrate HR data from multiple sources.
• Own adoption of analytics tools across HR and business, with change management and ROI justification.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting to improve data accessibility.
