NBA Properties Inc. is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to support the HR analytics team. The role administers surveys, produces reporting, and partners with stakeholders to drive data-driven HR decisions and improve employee experience.

Responsibilities include building global survey reports, ensuring data confidentiality, auditing dashboard integrity, and supporting year-end HR initiatives with HRIS and IT teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in survey administration or HR analytics.
• 2-3 years’ experience on a Human Resources team.
• 2-3 years’ experience working in an HRIS capacity.
• Experience administering employee surveys in CultureAmp or a comparable tool.
• Experience producing recurring reports from HR data.

Responsabilidades

• Administer employee surveys from participant lists, stakeholder collaboration, and distribution through reminders and response tracking.
• Build and distribute survey reporting for global groups using People Analytics standards and confidentiality thresholds.
• Partner with internal cross-team stakeholders to identify and execute on requirements for report and dashboard updates.
• Support skills and learning initiatives by analyzing engagement and workforce data to identify development needs and partnering with L&D to align programs with employee growth priorities.
• Consistently audit dashboard data integrity (through automated and non-automated means where applicable) and security with IT and recommend opportunities for improvements to user experience.
• Partner closely with the HRIS and IT teams to support year-end performance, compensation planning, talent review, and other key HR initiatives and questions.
