Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Business Data Analyst to join the People Data & Analytics team. You will own recurring executive workforce reporting and fast-turnaround analyses for senior HR leaders, turning numbers into narratives that drive decisions.

Collaborating with Directors, VP+, HRBPs and Finance, you will shape analytics products, surface insights, and enable data-driven talent decisions across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of People Analytics or Human Capital Consulting experience advising senior stakeholders on workforce insights.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong data storytelling and ability to influence executive stakeholders by translating data into insights

Responsibilities

• Own recurring executive workforce reporting for senior leadership end to end.
• Own the organization's core executive workforce reporting suite: definitions, cadence, access, and roadmap.
• Turn analysis into narrative for HRBP, Director, and VP+ audiences with clear recommendations.
• Partner with Directors, VP+, HRBPs, and Finance to align analytics with leadership needs and priorities
